Database Information Submission

Use this form to send us more information about your dog.

This form represents the information we need to make a complete record. If you are submitting amendments to an existing entry it may not be necessary to complete every field, check your dog's database entry to see what we have and what we don't.

If you are amending the existing KC name by adding an affix due to change of ownership please give any extra details in the information box at the bottom. We may ask for a scan of the KC reg or confirmation from previous owner to support change of ownership requests.

Registered colour is the colour on the KC Reg certificate.

Names of Sire & Dam should be their full KC name.

We use the Title Initial Surname convention for owner and breeder names eg Mr F Bloggs.

If you have the copyright holder's permission we'd love to publish a photo of your dog. Dogs only please, smiling handlers will be cropped out. Photos should be at least 800x600 dimensions and can be emailed to the secretary or webmaster.
