I would like to thank the society for the invitation to judge one of the first club champ show of the year, my able steward and all the exhibitors that took the time to show under me, on one of the hottest days of the year. The venue was superb and I believe the committee smashed it with the layout of the rings, which meant showing was kept very comfortable for both dogs and handlers. I think that Covid has taken its toll on a lot of the youngsters as the show ring is a totally new experience. Albeit a small entry the standard of my two line ups were very pleasing. I felt very proud to award the top honors. My final thankyou is once again to the committee for providing a superb lunch to not only myself but my mum and sister. A very pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. |
