based on what they saw on the day of the show.
| It was a great honour to be awarding my first set of CC’s and I would like to thank Boston DCS for the invitation. I would also like to say a big thank you to my stewards Heidi and Paul for doing such a fantastic job and to all those exhibitors who entered under me. I thoroughly enjoyed my day with a good depth of quality in the entry. On the day I saw very little white of eye, heads were good, a lot of broad ribs, mouths, on the whole were very good and temperaments and presentation were excellent. Also, good to see some improvement in tail set and carriage, which vastly improves the balance and outline so there is a lot to be optimistic for in the breed. For me front construction just needs attention. You may have a good lay back of shoulder, but without the correct angulation, tight elbows, and length of upper arm you will never have the front legs reaching well forward that is asked for in the standard, and with better rear construction it can really affect the front movement. So pleased for the breed to see the Best Puppy Placed Group 2, and the Best Special Beginner placed Group 3. |

| 2nd | Lyndatzu Love Story | Gold and White, litter brother to 1st and much applies to him, slightly larger, good lift to foreface and good head development at this age, sturdy puppy, with good tail set and carriage. Another promising puppy and will be interesting to see how the brothers develop. |

Just a little reluctant on the move today. |

Warathwaite The Kingslayer | Gold and White, caught my eye as soon as he entered the ring, larger style dog with breed type, masculine head round and broad, dark round eye, wide short square muzzle allowing for an excellent mouth, large open nostrils with good placement all combined to give a lovely open expression, sufficient length of neck to allow for proud head carriage, broad ribs with depth and length, good front construction with tight elbows, level top line, correct tail set and carriage, sound on the move and holding his shape and outline showing both pads going away. Beautifully presented and handled. My Dog CC winner which was his crowning 3rd, a very worthy champion. |

Head developing well, low set ears, dark round eye, good mouth, short tip tilted muzzle, broad ribs being of good depth and length, correct front construction with good lay back of shoulder, tight elbows, level topline with correct tail set, good rear angulation, with her construction movement was free flowing with good forward reach and drive from behind and still maintaining her shape and outline as only a well made dog can. | 1st | Ch. Middletune Flame Of Gold | Solid Gold, sometimes you see a dog and hope that they are as good once you put your hands on as they are when they are stacked. On this occasion she was. Everything just felt right. Such a balanced outline, of nice size with that you won’t ignore me arrogant look. Beautiful feminine head in proportion to her size, broad round with low set ears, dark round eye, short tip tilted nose with large open nostrils with correct placement, enough width to muzzle, good mouth, broad ribs with good depth and length, strong loin, correct front construction, level top line, fabulous tail set and carriage, well constructed rear. She moved with ease, with good forward reach and drive from behind, and still maintained her outline with such an arrogant head carriage. Nothing pulled or forced here. She was a joy to watch and so pleased to award her the Bitch CC and BOB. Just hope she doesn’t have to wait too long for her 3rd CC, a girl deserving of her title. |
