based on what they saw on the day of the show.
| I would like to firstly express my gratitude to the Committee of Birmingham National Dog Show for giving me the opportunity to award Challenge Certificates for the first time and of course, secondly to all the exhibitors for allowing me to judge their much loved dogs. Everyone who knows me, will understand my love for the breed and what a true honour this appointment has been for me. In my opinion on the whole the dogs entered under me were of true breed standard but we must be careful as some were narrow behind and lacking substance. |

| 1st | Thaisu Morningstar Avec Kimevan | 7month old Solid Gold - Caught my eye as soon as he entered the ring. Such a happy puppy. Broad skull, nice width of jaw, good rib cage, level topline which he kept on the move. I do believe he has a bright future. Awarded BPIB |

| 1st | Marbo Whatever You Want | 4 year old Gold and White - I have admired this boy from the ringside and he did not disappoint when I got to go over him. Such a masculine head, with an eye catching expression. Nice dark round eyes, tip tilted nose, wide jaw, correct lay of shoulder, good rear drive. Movement so well balanced and in good coat. My dog CC and BOB winner. |

| 1st | Middletune Modesty Blaise JW | 8 month old Gold and White - Pleasing head, with dark round eyes, nice neck leading to correct lay of shoulder, well put together. She enjoyed her time in the limelight. |

| 3rd | Middletune Clementine JW | 11 month old Gold and White - This bitch was a lot more settled in this class than her PB class, soft expression, correct lay of shoulder, good rib and showed well. |

She moved so well around the ring, so well balanced. My bitch CC winner, gaining her third CC today so a worthy champion. |
