Full Critique for Blackpool 2021

based on what they saw on the day of the show.
| In these days of technological advancement how lucky are we to have such luxuries as live-streaming of breed judging and I am sure the efforts of those who film are appreciated by the majority of viewers. However, I have to say that was appalled to see some of the comments made by viewers on Facebook who may, or may not, have been present on the day. I am an experienced judge with thick skin, but I wonder how such comments would have affected a first-time championship show judge if they had been subjected to similar abuse? This could have ruined the highlight of their judging career and possibly put them off judging for life, not to mention the devastating effect it must have on the owners of the winning dogs! People should think twice before making public comments on individual judges and also acquaint themselves with the Kennel Club Code of Conduct when it comes to Social Media Activity. Remember your names are there for all to see! Notwithstanding the above, I did feel that there was a very nice atmosphere ringside and I thoroughly enjoyed judging the Breed. |

| 1st | Carlita Remember To Dream | Mature male of nice size and type. Wide muzzle with correct bite, well defined stop and large round eyes. Good reach of neck and good body proportions moves really well showing full pad and great attitude. |
| 2nd | Emerson Alpiu Slenis Of Alchez JW ShCEx OSW | Still quite immature but such a lovely attitude on the move. Well balanced head with correct stop could have slightly rounder eyes. Long crested neck, good body and topline, strong hindquarters, moves with great purpose. |

| 1st | Ch. Warathwaite The Kingslayer (Bel,Lux, UK) | Well balanced male of nice size and correct bone. Very nice head with broad muzzle, wide open nostrils and expressive round eyes. Crested neck running into good shoulders, good body and topline. Strong hindquarters, moved well with nice carriage. |
| 2nd | Baccibo Truly Madley Deeply | Well balanced head with beautiful mouth and wide muzzle. Correct stop. Could be a little shorter in loin and needs to settle in topline. Moved steadily with correct tail carriage and showing full pads. |

| 1st | Shihmali Solar Flare | Well balanced dog of nice size. Very nice head with broad muzzle, correct stop and dark round eyes. Good reach of neck, could have a little more layback of shoulder. Correct body proportions and strong hindquarters which he uses well on the move. Scored in movement and reach of neck |
| 2nd | Ch. Paliden Simply A Star With Wharfeview | Another well balanced male of nice size with good body and topline. Balanced head with dark eyes, good bone, could have a better front, moves well with nice attitude. |

| 1st | Corrlough By My Side At Maitreya | Really nice well balanced dog with good bone and body. Very nice head with wide muzzle and dark round eyes. Good reach of neck, good front, ribs carried well back, moves with style and great carriage, showing full pads. |
| 2nd | Paliden Shooting Star | Not quite as good in bone and body as winner. Well balanced head with wide open nostrils, correct stop and wide underjaw. Strong hindquarters which he uses well on the move keeping his nice topline. |

Really nice head with wide muzzle, correct stop, wide open nostrils and dark round eyes. | 1st | Ch. Yung Lo’s Always And Forever (C.I.B. DK UCH FI UCH GB CH NO UCH SE UCH) | Loved the overall balance and size of this boy. Lovely head with dark round eyes, correct stop and wide muzzle. Arched neck of good length running into well laid shoulders. Good bone and front. Lovely body proportions, and strong hindquarters. Really comes into his own on the move, showing full pads, with his lovely carriage, positive attitude and correct tail carriage. Dog CC. |
| 2nd | Ch. Daltricia Jamie Lee JW ShCEx OSW | This full size male caught my eye at the start, such a glamour boy and lovely type. Very nice head with wide muzzle and correct stop. Good reach of neck, correct body proportions, strong hindquarters which he uses well on the move. Not quite as good head carriage on the move as winner but still a very impressive dog! |

| 2nd | Wharfeview Candy Man | Another well balanced male of correct size not quite the carriage of winner. Well balanced head with correct stop, good reach of neck and body proportions. Correct tail carriage and moves soundly. |

| 1st | Norboo Flower Bomb | Well balanced feminine bitch of nice size. Very nice head with wide muzzle, dark eyes and wide open nostrils. Nice crested neck, correct body proportions, moving really well for such a baby. |
| 2nd | Norboo Esmeralda By Shihzarbruno | Another very nice one with very nice head, round eyes and wide muzzle. Crested neck , well laid shoulders. Good body proportions and strong hindquarters. Lovely attitude. |

| 2nd | Mapimakastar Chanel Mio | Not as mature puppy but very well balanced with good body proportions and good bone. Well balanced head, dark expressive eyes, nice reach of neck, correct tail set just needs a little more confidence on the move. |

Crested neck running into well laid shoulders. Correct body proportions and strong hindquarters. Moves with drive showing full pads and keeping her lovely outline. |
| 2nd | Rossvale Christmas Star | Very feminine with very nice outline but could have a little more body. Well balanced head could have rounder eyes. Good body and tailset, moves really well with nice carriage and showing full pads. |

| 2nd | Corrlough Standing Ovation | Well presented feminine bitch with very nice carriage on the move. I would just like a little more bone and body. Well balanced head with nice expression. Good topline and hindquarters. Very positive on the move. |

| 2nd | Shihmali Mums The Word VW | Well presented female in good coat of nice size. Wide muzzle with correct stop, good bone and body. Nice reach of neck and good body proportions, doesn’t carry herself as well as the winner. |
