A lovely day judging this delightful breed where I found the overall quality most satisfying and much improved since I last judged Shih Tzu’s. Faces, however, seem to vary from excellent to less pleasing and there are still dogs with flat tails and poor fronts. Hind movement on the whole was excellent, so was presentation and temperaments.
