Scoring rules by competition
Our Dogs Top Dog
- First CC in the calendar year: 4 points, or 5 with BOB at the same show.
- Each further CC: 1 point, or 2 with BOB at the same show.
- BOB only scores as a bonus on a CC win at that show.
- Group at group/general championship shows: 1st=5, 2nd=3, 3rd=2, 4th=1.
- BIS bonus at general championship shows: BIS=10, reserve=5.
- BIS at a single group show counts as Group 1st (5 points) when no separate group class was held.
Our Dogs Top Breeder
- First CC in the calendar year for each dog bred: 4 points, or 5 with BOB at the same show.
- Each further CC for that dog: 1 point, or 2 with BOB at the same show.
- Breeder total is the sum across all their dogs. BOB count is shown for reference.
Our Dogs Top Stud
- First CC of each offspring in the calendar year: 4 points.
- Each of the next 5 CCs by that offspring: 1 point per CC.
- A maximum of 6 CCs per offspring can be scored (9 points per offspring).
- Parent total is the sum across all qualifying offspring.
Our Dogs Top Brood
- First CC of each offspring in the calendar year: 4 points.
- Each of the next 5 CCs by that offspring: 1 point per CC.
- A maximum of 6 CCs per offspring can be scored (9 points per offspring).
- Parent total is the sum across all qualifying offspring.
Our Dogs Top Puppy
- BPIB at a show where CCs were awarded: 1 point.
- CC won by the BPIB winner at the same show: +1 point.
- Puppy Group at group/general championship shows: 1st=5, 2nd=3, 3rd=2, 4th=1.
- BPIS bonus at general championship shows: 1st=5, reserve=3.
- BPIS at a single group show counts as Puppy Group 1st (5 points) when no separate puppy group class was held.
- Standings are calculated from 2020 onwards under these rules.
