I really enjoyed my judging. All the dogs were clean & well presented. The bitches again were better overall than the dogs. I was pleased with my placings, some dogs had to go cardless but could change places another day. Would like to see more attention given to pedigrees when mating bitches as we seem to be losing the true Shih Tzu expression.

Championship show:I enjoyed judging the dogs - all of which
were clean and well presented. I do think we should work at
the Standard a little more closely, as some of the dogs were
well overweight and size, and this tends to lose the outline
and balance of the dog. Mouths need more attention, I was
surprised at the dentition on several. Some of the dogs went
cardless but could change places on another day
