My thanks to the Officers & Committee for the opportunity to judge at this most prestigious show. It was an honour & privilege, and I also send my thanks to my two able stewards Bill & Trish and the exhibitors for their entries and good sportsmanship.The perfect dog has not been born, so when judging it’s understood you have to make compromises and today I found it challenging when doing this as there is so much diversity in breed type. The breed standard is the blueprint of every breed and all breeders should be aspiring to breed to the standard. |
