based on what they saw on the day of the show.
| Thank you to the committee for my second CC appointment in the breed. The weather was dry but at times exceptionally breezy, which didn’t help presentation at times, and did, I feel, affect some on the move, particularly when moving into the wind. Overall, dogs had the edge over the bitches today. Some classes were harder than others, and the bitch challenge gave me a real headache between the two overall winners. Some class winners didn’t have the wealth of coat as others in the same class, but, as it always should be, it’s what’s under the coat that matters. A wise man once told me, ‘You can grow coat, but you can’t grow conformation’. Fortunately, today, I was able find examples with both coat and correct conformation in my main winners. |

| 1st | Thaisu’s Blinding Light | Solid gold, 10mths. Striking boy with so much potential. Masculine throughout with excellent head, ears and muzzle. Dark eye, correct stop and superb dentition. Lovely spring of rib with super topline held well at all times. Well bodied, good front and rear. Moves with reach and drive. Will be interesting to see how he develops. Did just enough today to go RDCC & BPIB |

| 1st | Ch. Tameron Mr Black Is Back | 15mths B&W. Just my size and type. Presented in first class condition with conformation in spades. From his masculine head, sitting on just the right length of neck, into his beautifully laid shoulders. Super dentition. Topline is carried well at all times, good spring of rib, correct loin and super turn of stifle. His tail is set well and carried correctly. He moves out beautifully with correct reach and drive. Handled to advantage and at one with his ‘human’. Was pushed hard in a good challenge but was the one to beat from the moment he stepped into the ring. Delighted to award DCC & BOB. |

| 1st | Ch. Cremefern Trigger A Storm At Symaraju JW | G&W 19mths. Nice boy with a lot to like. Masc. head, good dentition. Nose placement is good. Side profile on the move is lovely. Good spring of rib. Good topline, moves well. |
| 2nd | Ch. Warathwaite The Kingslayer (Bel,Lux, UK) | 2yrs G&W. Lovely head and eye. Good muzzle and super dentition. Nice spring of rib, correct loin. A touch bigger than I’d preferred but well put together. |
| Graduate Dog | ||
| 1st | Tameron Mr Gold Xcess | 3yrs G&W. I really liked this dog and was disappointed he withdrew from his next class. Nice for size and type. Has lovely eyes, good nose placement and pigment. Good shoulders, with first class spring of rib. He needs to settle on the table, but movement was good, indicating correct conformation. Has such a lot to like. |

| 1st | Ch. Senousi Dressed For It By Fairmere | 3yrs G&W. Shown in lovely condition. Good head, correct muzzle, nice eye. Correct for size and shape. Topline is good and held well on the move. Strides out well. |
| 2nd | Ch. Paliden Simply A Star With Wharfeview | 2 ½ years. Another nice d. correct for size and shape. Good dark eye, good pigment. Shown in super coat and condition and handled to advantage. |

| 1st | Warathwaite King Int North De Jardhu | 3yrs G&W. Lovely head, v. masculine. Dark eye, good nose placement. Good width of jaw. Lovely spring of rib with a good topline, held well. Shown in lovely coat and condition. Considered for higher honours but I had such a lot to choose from in my class winners today. |
| 2nd | Shihmali Solar Flare | 2yrs. Gold with lovely black mask. Another nice d. super dark eye, good muzzle. Nicely bodied, lovely in profile and moving well. |

| 1st | Isishouse Lord Grantham JW | G&W 6yrs. Good for size and shape. Nice nose placement, good width of jaw. Good shoulders and rib. Well balanced throughout, holding his topline and striding out well. |
| 2nd | Shihmali Solar Flare | 2yrs. Gold with lovely black mask. Another nice d. super dark eye, good muzzle. Nicely bodied, lovely in profile and moving well. |

| 1st | Tsantha Happy As Larry With Hajenza | 11yrs and still a lot to like. Masculine, good width of jaw and dentition to be proud of. Good width of head. Carries himself well on the move, if a little slower now. A credit to his owner. BVIB |

| 1st | Yazhi Sweet Painted Lady JW | 7mths G&W. Lovely baby with a lot to like. Pretty b with good muzzle and stop. Was a little unsettled on the table so full inspection was difficult. However, she moves out nicely when she gets it together, holding topline well, and performing with more confidence in the puppy b. challenge. BPB |

| 1st | Ch. Rossvale Little Black Dress | 13mth, b&w. lovely b. of smaller size, but just my type. Uber feminine, lovely dark eye, good nose, muzzle and stop. Excellent width of jaw and super dentition. Everything in total balance, from her head, which was carried on just the right length of neck, superb shoulders, excellent topline, super tail set and carriage. She moves exactly as her conformation would dictate. Beautiful in profile, low to ground. A tight call between this b. and the Limit winner, but on final review, delighted to award her BCC. |
| 2nd | Ch. Tameron Miss Black Orchid | 15mths b&w. Another lovely prospect. Such a pretty b. with lovely balance throughout. Very nicely put together. Good shoulders, spring of rib, loin. Covers the ground with ease, with excellent reach and drive. Although two months older wasn’t as mature as 1, but will be interesting to see how she develops. |

| 2nd | Shihzarbruno Lady In Waitin | 20mths Gold b. a touch less mature than 1, but nethertheless a nice prospect. Nice for head and eye. Although a little too well loved over the ribs she is nicely put together and moves with typical gait. |

| 1st | Yazhi Jean Genie | 12mths g&w. nice b. moving better in this class than her first. Dark eye, correct stop, good width of jaw. Nice spring of rib, good topline, held well on the move. |
| 2nd | Norboo Esmeralda By Shihzarbruno | 2yrs g&w. Nice enough b with dark eyes, good muzzle and width of jaw. Shoulders and spring of rib are okay. Topline held well, but tail carriage could be better at times. |

| 1st | Ch. Paliden Bucks Fizz To Ekland JW | Torn between this stunning solid gold b. and the eventual BCC winner. She oozes breed type. Fabulous head. Dark eye, correct muzzle and stop. Arrogance personified in repose. Everything is just where you’d want it to be in her excellent conformation. Dripping in coat and handled to advantage. Strides out well. RBCC. |

| 2nd | Ch. Zeeva Mirror Image JW | 21mths. G&W. Lovely b. with such a lot to like. Good head, well furnished, coat presented in excellent condition. Well bodied, with good shoulders. Movement was sound, but not so free flowing as 1 on the day. |
