Like a lot of the Shih Tzus of yesteryear, this is a one which I think will take time to mature, but he had to win the class on his construction alone. Liked his head shape, true in type with a correct expression very noble and dignified in his general appearance although I suspect he has his moments of mischief which shines out in his lovely eyes. His good shoulders and correct rear quarters allow him to move as this breed should. Strongly considered him for the Res CC, however, he allowed his topline to fail when stood as I guess he had become a little bored with the proceedings, but nonetheless a very nice dog indeed. |
